Hi, nice video. I'm considering purchasing the Maxant Junior Spinner. I harvest honey from log hives in the forest, and it arrives at my processing facility as crushed comb. I plan to melt it with a melter capable of handling 500 kilograms in one batch at 49 degrees Celsius. After melting at this temperature, I would obtain 325 kilograms of separated honey and a 175-kilogram honey-wax mixture. I aim to use the Maxant Junior Spinner to separate the honey from the wax. If I proceed, how much time will it take to separate the melted honey-wax mixture of 175 kilograms?

Homes when you get the all the top bars on you have the stapler pointed in the same direction staple the right side and just move across the side and stable the left side you don't even have to change the direction of the stapler don't quite understand the comment when you're stifling the ones on the right side of your jig your Staples pointed in the same direction and then we just move it over to the left side you still point in the same direction
I think Item #1642015 at lowes is similar to what I bought. Long story short, I used a 30A twist lock that fit my generator on one end, and the normal generator entry box on the other end. Thanks for watching.

we use a little square of wood to be in between the bar and the cell. We first dip the bar in wax, then from a corner we dip the squeare and paste it to the bar and then we put the fresh cup to it. So you have to take out this squeare with a litlle twist and dont need a knife or the fingers.
I'm sorry, I'm not sure of a filtering size for you. If I had to guess, I would say that they catch particles, 1mm and larger. We would still run the honey through a stainless steel sieve, before bottling. Thanks for watching!
@@tylersroyce what I did was from scratch. The components I used, are not necessarily for an extractor, but can be made to work, none the less. Mine used a single phase in, three phase out variable frequency drive, and a three phase, 1/2 hp motor. If you know any commercial electricians or HVAC techs, they maybe able to help.
Thanks for the tour; I’ve always been fascinated with large AHU’s.. a hallway? this one’s huge! I can’t imagine the engineering drawings for the physical layout or the controls. Fascinating.
It was producing 220v. It is 4000w peak, 3500w continuous. You'll have to find your wattage rating of what you want to operate, and add them up. Thanks for watching.
@@djastram I have the same generator. You are operating on 220 Volts to your panel. Did you have to move Breakers around to balance the load? What can you operate in your home at the same time?
@@deibertmichael I've never had to use the generator in a real crisis. I have ran lights, furnace, tv, but for only a few minutes at a time. I only plan to turn on the breakers I absolutely need, and nothing more. Maybe the freezer will be on for a couple of hours, then off, then the furnace to warm up the house, then off. Etc. etc. Do the math, but what ever you add to the load of the generator, costs gasoline. Good luck.
I'm running my champion 3500 right now. I get it out 1 or 2 times a month and run it for about a hour. Its got 64 hrs on it so far. Only had to use it 1 time in power outage. But I'm sure it'll go out again. We have record breaking weather every year. When my power goes out I don't want to reli on the government to save my ass.
Great video. That is fun to do. It would be easier if the grass and weeds were cut. Like the sound of the old tractors. I have a 1951 TEA20 Ferguson tractor. And a two sod plow.
