Una vergüenza , somos clientes hace años y estamos esperando que hagan una recogida hace 12 días en Las Palmas de Gran Canaria y lo peor que no dan solución, no contestan a los correos y que decir de la agencia que le corresponde recoger en este caso la 353, que le importa muy poco el problemon que generan a los clientes

Hola, para el proximo tema podrian hablar del apoyo y soporte a las empresas que usan sus sistemas, asi como los problemas mas comunes de la plataforma y como solucionarlos, ya que una conversacion pauteada se ve bonita en video, pero la realidad de quienes utilizamos la plataforma y como nos atienden los representantes de soporte, dejan mucho que desear.
