Thanks for the video, Amain & Brett. Just got my 10PX switching from a 4PM+. It feels so great when you hold it on hand and so much precise comparing to 4PM+.
First that is retail price it would cost a fortune to build a xmaxx from just parts so that is nonsense about the price next is there are the original parts that are not put on to build this so where is the deduction in price for the factory parts they did not install its not like you get a bag of original parts so the price is way over inflated. I would rather see them fix the body popping off and the dang thing folding in half in the back actually fix problems not throw shiny parts on and call it new
hey Brett You forgot one very important part. the dust cover to cut down a lot of cleaning time on the Xmaxx. I got a dusty cover. man did it keep down so much cleaning time. tend to get a tad bit warmer. nut trade off. i was never happier with it. now i can tear up just about every thing bring it home and just have to worry about the arm tires and axels.
I remember going from a Tamiya Super Shot to a Losi JRX2 around 1989. The jump in quality was astounding. The RC10 was the only thing that came close to it from what I remember. It felt like entering a new era. Ah, the good ole days.
well done from western Australia bud. what an Amaizing place use have i only dream of seeing places like this. looks absolutely awesome keep up the great work
Decisamente gran bel video ,ottima recensione e come sempre viene voglia di acquistare un mostro simile! Ma praticamente è fatto al 90% di plastica...credi che valga un prezzo finale di 1200 euro?
Rc was better because it wasn't a endless money pit and there was less rules and more flexibility , now you can't do anything w out spend a fortune. Rc is competing with gaming and unless we wake up and reform the classes, promote the hobby and really cut the stupidity and the idea that you can milk people we are lost... Isn't only the money of the kit, engine/exhaust and electronics is also the price of keeping the tracks full with glue, tires, hotels, restaurants, everything associated with a race . I have 30 years of 1/8tt racing. My last name is Figueiredo and I'm From Portugal, if you are anyone on racing world you know what that name means.
Half of the box diff protection...half is metal and the other half is plastic. Electronics are OK....tires are not balloons, they are not useful, they are not useful for jumping or lifting from the front...the price is so exaggerated that it always takes 10,000 SR to reach Saudi Arabia. Traxxas errors are many😅The remote is very old, so why not change it?
Front RPM knuckles are too flexible causing king pin tear out. Good work as always and Amain for the win when purchasing on line👍💯 and HOBBY QUARTERS for my LHS
I feel like the Ultimate versions are a great alternative for those not that familiar with the hobby and customization work. But if you already know your stuff, I think the stock is the way to go UNLESS you actually want the parts from the ultimate.
As a kid i was at the airport this younger dude got picked up by his buddy on a ninja & he gave me his gas rc car no body or controller but everything else was there
Save even more money. Buy a Vigilante from Redcat. You'll thank me later. It actually handles decent and has body pins that hold the body on. Nothing like my Xmaxx and it's self removing body.
