I unfortunately sold my 16’ Scamp just before the resale prices boomed. Oh well. Did the same with a Westfalia camper, couldn’t get rid of it until I sold it for a song! Today they’re going for forty grand.
The con that worries me is the shakiness. The bouncing around. I think I would hate that, but one of the side effects of a light weight, I guess. The.price for small campers is theu the roof. I was shocked when I saw how expensive it was to start. They are cute, tho.

I am homeless, with no vehicle, would I be able to pull one of these by hand, and raw muscle power, around the town I am in, to avoid the hassle of 'owning' a vehicle, and the problems that come with a vehicle ? I just need a place to live, and I could probably pull it by hand, and park it wherever.

I am retiring soon and my wife and I are thinking about buying a 13 foot Scamp. I am thinking about buying a Subaru to pull it. Do you pull your Scamp with a 2.5 liter or 3.6 liter Subaru Outback? I read both are ok to use with a Scamp. Thank you and best wishes. Love your videos.
