Filming and editing are new to me, but I am really enjoying the storytelling process. I am working my way through the 126 Wisconsin designated Rustic Roads and release a new video each Sunday morning at 10 AM
I know Wisconsin is beautiful but this video needed some points of interest. Mostly it's driving along looking at trees and a road. Maybe some history of the area or interesting things along the way would help.
I wish I was riding with you so I could be looking out the side windows while you were driving. I see a quick glimpse of so many things I would like a better look at. I would be hollering slow down all the time.
a good one that isn't a rustic, but should be is dugway road. located between bagely and glen haven , narrow winding , and you pass under overhang rock. harder to find as the road sign names it dougs way lol. as you wind along the lowlands and climb the hill there is the only cabin along that whole road . you can't see it . but, if you look hard you'll see signs of habitation. did this ride on my goldwing , but it's NOT a main road
Hi I live half ay between Madison and Milwaukee, in Jefferson County. While we do love these rustic roads too, Ive got to say staying inside the vehicle and exploring with the AC on is much better. Not to mention, ( but I Will) all the mosquitos, Ticks, wild parsnip, and humidity! oh and lets not forget the nasty storms that pop up from all the humid and that are juice for the tornadoes! no where to take cover when you are on those rustic roads. Yes Wisconsin is breathtakingly beautiful, its not real user friendly at certain times of the year. Im just saying.
