It definitely could but better yet we would recommend a brush cutter or a stump bucket if you want it out roots and all! Check them out on our website here: skidpro.com/
It works. This is a product information video, so we don't stay on a single shot too long. Every shot is meant to display what we are talking about. Plus, this is meant for farmers and ranchers who want to put their own fences in. With this unit, you don't need another person to sit and hold the post for you. This is not meant for commercial work, although you could have it laying around if you don't do fences often. Our commercial unit is the vibratory post driver, and that video is here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-bMt3ftrXyCk.html
This wouldn't be the ideal solution for corn. That needs to be planted in rows 2-3 feet apart and there is no way to set the spacing. Plus, corn needs to be set over an inch below ground. Could you try it? Absolutely, and for a food plot it may work. However, if you want the best corn growth I would suggest finding something specific to that rather than selling you equipment that will do a subpar job.
If you send over an email to us with a zip code, we can get you the pricing with the shipping included to get the best idea of what it would cost in total to get to you. Email sales@skidpro.com and they will send you over the accurate quote.
You boys are late to the party. Texas Post Drivers - FREE SHIPPING - LIFETIME WARRANTY!!! And why do you import 100% Chinese built attachments and then claim to be "the manufacturer"? Stop lying about "manufacturer direct" and "MADE IN THE USA"... where is your patriotism? Where is the truth?
We have models of this stump grinder that range from under $5k to over $8k depending on flow, operating capacity, machine size, and wheel size. The one in the video is a mid tier unit. However, I am just a marketing person and the product specialists are the ones that know exactly what fits on every machine. You can reach them at 877-378-4642 for more information.
I live in an area where dirt and gravel roads are a majority of what we have. Occasionally we get rocks larger than gravel on the road. How does your unit handle rocks?
In all honesty, rocks are never good for a snowblower fan or the motor attached. However, a rock here and there isn't an issue. Do we recommend shooting straight gravel through? No. But rocks are going to happen and they shouldn't do much harm in moderation. Now to the workaround: the skid shoes are adjustable and this blower has tilted shoes that let you work over gravel. The best success on pure gravel is to allow a light layer to ice over the gravel, then run the shoes a little lower than the blade to start. After you get a good base, you can blow snow straight on the ground for the season. If you have a pavement driveway and some rocks just get spit onto it from the road, you shouldn't worry about it too much. Just try to avoid rocks as much as you can, but sometimes that is unavoidable. We mention this is some of our other snowblower videos. They are definitely worth a watch!
Teeth are not a warranty item, they are a wear item. Warranty would cover motor and build. Your teeth will naturally wear down over time and will need to be replaced, as all saws and grinders are that way.
You won't be disappointed. If someone can find a better built, more heavily constructed brush cutter with better cutting performance I would love to see it. We appreciate the business and reach out if you have any questions. We always put service at the top of our list!
If you take a look at the guard in the back, there is no additional room for a larger blade. This is a 30" blade. Note, that you can technically take down much larger trees with this as 12 inches of blade are exposed to cutting and you can cut around a tree, but we cannot recommend that due to the weight of a large falling tree coming down on a skid loader if that were to happen. We always want people to be safe over boasting a large cutting capacity.
@@toplinek990 Yes, if you have extremely large trees, such as 24" plus, you shouldn't be taking that down with a skid steer. The lack of control and pure weight is extremely dangerous.
Would high flow help a 10 inch auger to be less likely to stall in extremely hard soil? Seems like high flow spins the bit faster in reasonable density soil, but ultimately it won't have any more torque when digging in very hard dirt. Is this correct?
More hydraulic flow to the motor would mean more torque, so digging in tougher materials would be easier and have less stalling with high flow. Additionally, high flow offers a quicker recovery time upon stalling.
Due to this being a hydraulic attachment, there are no HP requirements. However, this attachment does require over 30 GPM hydraulic flow and that correlates to more HP. In the video, we are running a Kubota SVL95 which is over 90HP.
We do not have any dealers in Ontario. We typically are direct to consumer, where we ship all our products directly to the people that buy them. However, we have 1 dealer in Canada located near Mayerthorpe, Alberta, Canada called Swift Fox Industries. If you have any questions, give us a call at 877-378-4642. Thank you!

@@arnoldromppai5395 You are correct and shipping to USA locations usually saves quite a bit on the shipping side of things. Give us a call and at 877-378-4642 and we can have you chat with one of our product gurus, aka product specialist. They would have the knowledge of current inventory and shipping information. We usually carry stock on everything, but snow blowers are getting close to the end of our yearly supply.
