I’m new to the game and got a “rec league “ set up. Everything looks the same EXCEPT the bags stitching is OUTSIDE with a flat border around the outside. Meaning the ACL pro bags looked like they were stitched the same but then turned inside out and filled. Is this a thing or did I get the “kids” bags meant just for fun??
Michael Jordan, always the Goat! -showdown was awesome I loved the format y’all did amazing! *was not sure how at the end had 3 teams in winner bracket and not 4…but other than that was awesome! *I stated that Trinity’s side would decide the champ! -no more than 2 time outs per team. -change the rule -limit 100 pros I like this as a benefit as I like watching high level cornhole! Levi has an open opportunity in 2025 season! Every TCL event should have crew cup or crew cups should be every quarter. They are fun and have a team mentality. -individuals can not pay to be pros they need to work on NIL types of contracts.
Pick me apart but i'll bite ....but the best argument for timeouts for you and I is different for televised cornhole. For you and I, sometimes you just can't see how far into a hole your bag may or may not be hanging on the hole. So I think 3 is a fair number. For RU-vid cornhole, it might be "dead space". But a ESPN tv crew will show stats, maybe have the conversation mic'd, maybe the last replay that created the mess; so there is an entertainment value to timeouts. On the other hand, it's different for pros because usually, they already have a few screens to their left or right where they can see everything already. As for 6 timeouts, i agree, that's too much.
Sorry the only reason players are scoring as much as they are is cause Basketball has gotten soft. LeBron wouldn't survive in the league back when MJ played. Most of the players today wouldn't. Just like Football it's gotten soft and just about stats stacking. They just want the high scores & high stats. LeBron literally walked from half court to the free throw line ... You are a 🤡... Same thing for Kobe
Psychological warfare is part of gamesmanship. Getting into your opponents head is a part of sports. Also, the stepping over the foul line is BS, I mean if you are allowed to do it. Why even have a "foul" line at all ? It's not "just a game" when you get to the competition level. Just sayin in the backyard no one cares, if I'm pushing to get to pro, it's far more than a game now. It's a potential career and BS should not fly at a competition level.
I'm not tapped out on questions. I'm over in Akron and I'd LOVE to play, learn, and compete with Ellis. The most efficient throw with the least amount of variables for mistakes...so far.
Another great night at AJ‘s , Premier venue, top players in Texas, best complete commentating, and a cool 65°, if you haven’t played at AJ’s. You’re missing out.
