Residente refers to the resources that were found in the land that the US basically stole, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Cali, all those states used to be Mexican property but The US stole, they basically colonized and claimed that land to be theirs, Residente talks about how “la mitad de gringolandia es tierra Mexicana” which means half of US is Mexican soil.
Came for the Gold that it was stolen, meaning that USA stole all those States from Mexico and back then there was a lot of Gold in several States that USA kept.
