Abu Hanifah May Allah be pleased with him did not come across the Hadeeth of the Prophet peace be upon which states that there can be no marriage of a woman without the consent of her Guardian being her father. The Prophet peace be upon him words have more precedence over the words over Abu Hanifah and He Abu Hanifah stated that if his words went against any statement of the Prophet peace be upon him then to reject his words. The Imam may Allah be pleased with him was not known to travel and due to him not coming across the Ahadeeth mentioned above he derived his ruling from the Quran which states that women can buy and sell goods without the permission of the guardian so he used this evidence to say she can also get married without her Guardians consent but had he come across the Hadeeth of the Prophet peace be upon him stating that a woman cannot get married without her Guardians consent ( father ) , Abu Hanifah would also have accepted this and joined the consensus. So let’s be clear. The Prophet Mohammed’s peace upon him words are final in this matter and the opinion of Imam Abu Hanifah is void and not correct. For the people who got married without their Guardian at his time due to ignorance there can be no blame but today we have access to all evidence so please do not teach the people the wrong things allowing girls to rebel against their fathers and marry their boyfriends that they have been with secretly. Your statement that the contract is still valid if false because we have the statement of The Seal of the Prophets peace be upon him who came to teach everyone Islam ! And he has clearly stated that the Marriage is not permissible if the Guardians consent is not given. The Guardian being the father who is a practicing Muslim.
Can someone tell me why the Shykh doesn't do ikhfa before ك I listen to Shykh Al hussary a lot and he also doesn't do it before kaaf. For example in the word أنكالا . Can some tell me what rule is?
