A while ago, I was maintaining a WooCommerce shop doing six figures monthly in a subscription-based business. Great insights into online shop accessiblity! It's so easy to see this topic as a "nice to have" if you don't fully understand the consequences. I'm no lawyer but just hearing there are lawsuits under the US Disabilities Act is enough to make me take accessibility seriously. If that also means I'll have a proper HTML structure and drive more organic traffic that way, get more sales because the pages are visually better organized, and can do a marketing campaign about accessibility, even better!
