Totally dissatisfied with this program; half a day wasted trying to create one card and a database. The movement of the cursor on these videos goes too fast for trying to copy the actions. Then I cannot find where the file is for the one card and try to create more.

Frustrated with this Badgy100, it prints great for about 30 cards and then STOPS printing. User Experience is the worse and no available troubleshooting videos for this product. Never will recommend this to anyone!!
The tutorial DOES NOT SHOW YOU HOW TO SAVE A TEMPLATE. During this part of the video, at the end, other video promos cover the screen and you are unable to see the entire process of how to save a template.
To save a template in the Bodno ID card software, you can follow these steps: 1. Open the Bodno ID card software and create or edit the template as needed. 2. Go to the "File" menu located at the top of the software interface. 3. Click on the "Save" option in the drop-down menu to save the template. 4. Alternatively, you can use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl + S" to quickly save the template.
Please make sure the color preference under printing preferences is has the ymc set and that you are using a full color ribbon. If your still having issues bodno support can assist support@bodno.com
This doesn't help. The actual software does something completely different when you click on the create database icon. I can't create new columns at all. This whole walk through is useless after 0:20
Hi I received my device in 2022. I may just be doing something wrong, but when I hit the connect to database, it asks which database driver identifies with my database connection-it doesn't directly go to the create a new column like you see at 0:20 . Could you please help?
Right at about 4:13 time slot, your voices start to overlap each other and makes it hard to understand. Also, do you need to have the USB key plugged into the computer each time you begin a print job? Could I install the software on multiple machines so I can train my people on how to use it?
Thanks for your feedback Yes you can install the software on as many pcs as you would like and would need the USB license key to print without a watermark. Regardless the demo will work with out the USB license key
If I use my own cards (my logo on one side, blank on the other), how do I load them in the machine. Logo face up, or face down? (or, blank side up, or facing the table?)
