Congratulations on your beautiful home, I love watching people move into their own space! At 6:10, the things you have is a space for gardening and a bird house for the garden; some people add bird food in the wooden house to encourage cute little squirrels/birds to come to their garden 🙂👌
Congratulations!!! If you don’t mind I would like to know what you did with the first, did you resell ? Asking because in this end the deposit for a second home is higher.
It’s actually easier buying a second home because they would have enough equity including their initial deposit on the first one. It’s easier than you think…
@@ennyguess7077Stamp duty comes into play as well. It would be nice if they sold the first to buy the second or they took out the equity from the first to buy the second.
