What a guy. We have had some absolute belters up front in recent years (him and Roons, different players but lethal - even Cossie once he hit a stride). We have also had some absolute nuggets (fallon, maynard anyone?). Let's hope we get someone who is 2/3rds the goal scorer he was and we will be fine - with the goals so spread. Ester looks good, but he seems to panic in 1 on 1 situations. I realise he scored that belter against Frankfurt, but other times I have seen him freeze up and pass it tamely to the keeper. If he gets over that, he will be some player too.
Great day a Pittodrie today and one that will stay with me for a while as the fans stood well after the game to see Miovski for what could be the last time. The Atmosphere along with the displays and the applause and standing ovation for the team and of course Miovski after full time was Brilliant and just capped off a good result with the mass majority of fans staying to say goodbye to the main man.
If there is a transfer coming, they will want to limit chance of injury which could scupper any potential deals. A farewell cameo is to be expected... none more so deserving than Bojan.
