It's already time consuming to setup on an automatic machine. I don't know how you would make any money using this process. I know as I bought the 3/8 this year in January and have been using it for 1-3 color work. A bit of a learning curve. I think you would do well to produce a good instructional video on using the screen machine before you complicate things exponentially. Also a manual concerning the many functions and setup of the machine. You will be hard pressed to do 200 and hour in the real print world.
Why do you have an entering locater pin that goes through the slotted plate? If you print on the back side of a Hoodie the pin will pierce the garment. Is this pin only for aligning heads to the platters and then removed? I have a machine coming and don't understand this adjustment.
He only hit the white once so it's probably a 150, the colors could be 200 and the lpi looks like 50 at a 22.5 angle ..... anyways that's what we would do.
