The only time i can imagine Bill singing this is in the Sock Opera episode when he was possessing Dipper's body, this song fits especially when you know what Bill was planning to do with Dipper's body if he had won in that episode in destroying the journal. Heck he even took the time to write it down in a note on purpose for Mabel to find and practically gas lights her into ''Joining'' Dipper which is dark as heck but definitely in line for Bill to do
