6:55 pretty much. The term "USO" is a referral between 2 people/siblings of the same sex. Male to Male // Brother to Brother OR Female to Female // Sister to Sister. A female can call or refer her sister/female friend/female relative, as her "USO" .. Just like Males would call or refer their mates/brothers/male relatives would. The formality of it is though, is that the word "USO", cannot be used towards the opposite sex. Referring to the opposite sex is a completely different term.
