A bad combination is being definitive all the time but not being accountable. Towers “modified mea culpa” on Lopez for ex.. Lopez, Manaea, Anderson… by mid Sept guess what no one got to use these guys.

Fangraphs player rater has Ronaldo Lopez at 18th ahead of Aaron Nola, cole reagans, Michael King, George Kirby, Pablo Lopez, Luis Castillo, Garrett crochet, Logan webb, Justin steele and Grayson Rodriguez. If you were drafting for next year right now you would not take Reynaldo Lopez over most if any of those names therefore the skepticism was warranted. The general message is don't drop any of your struggling players with long histories of success for one who appears unexpectedly and is over performing.

Ah! The highs and lows of Fantasy Baseball. Tuesday night, I’m riding the high of Kyle Schwarber hitting 3 homers and scoring 24 Fantasy points. Then Wednesday, looking at my score disintegrate, as Spencer Arrighetti’s start was -27 Fantasy points. Thank goodness Zac Gallen had the start he had!
I picked him up as a stream a couple weeks ago and he performed poorly so I dropped. He immediately came back with a couple good/great starts (someone else had scooped him up). Then, when I saw last night’s debacle, holy crap!!
