Hi, thank you for watching. My recovery speed is 3 and sensitivity is 22 because the ground is pretty clear, on this field. If it’s busy like loads of iron, drop the sensitivity and up the recovery to say4 or 5. But you still have to slow down your sweep speed. If it’s really bad. Just go with a smaller coil. Hi mate. Newbie here have you any decent settings on the NOx 800. Was using simplex before making the switch. Seen loads ov vids but mostly old now . Thank you keep up the good work
Hello and thank you for watching, I really appreciate it. My Equinox settings are in the video description. The only settings I really adjust is the recovery rate and sensitivity. If there’s not much iron in the ground, I’ll drop the recovery rate to 3 to get deeper. But if there’s a lot of iron about try recovery 4 or even 5 but you do lose depth. Sensitivity all depends on the day. Just start out 25 then drop it down one at a time until it’s nice and stable. If it’s too high it will be too noisy and hard to hear the real signals. Hello and thank you for watching 👍 I’m glad you enjoyed the video. For silver coins I use the cheap pancake lemon juice. With a soft toothbrush. Just drop the silver coins in and let them soak for a couple of minutes then lightly brush them until clean. For pennies and copper coins. I dip the toothbrush in the lemon juice and lightly brush the coins. Be careful though! As the lemon juice will strip the patina off if overdone. I literally brush it for a couple of seconds. It loosens the mud off straight away. Then rinse them off in fresh clean water. Place them on some kitchen towel and let them dry overnight. Then the next day I give them a coating of cheap hairspray. Spray one side. Leave it for an hour to dry. Then turn it over, and spray the other side. Let them dry thoroughly and then you can store them. I would practice with the lemon juice first. on some coins that’s not so good. Just so you understand how quickly it cleans the copper coins. Then when you feel comfortable you can clean the better ones. But word of warning. Check the dates of the coins first. Before cleaning if you can. Because if it’s a rare coin. Or valuable. 15'' Nox coil from Coiltek do u prefer this to the 14x9 one ? i ask as i have both at the moment though not used the 15 yet is 15 defo deaper ? and on dry pasture have u tested it on ?
Hello Swiftdetecting, thank you for watching. 👍 To be honest with you. I love all the coils. They all have their place. On the day. The 14”x9” is a great all round coil. It punches deep but because of the shape. You get really good separation. The 15” Nox coil is definitely deeper. But because of the shape. I tend to keep it for slightly clearer ground. That’s where you see the big difference in depth. When I first used it, i was really surprised. It’s so sensitive for such a big coil. I’ve used it on everything, for me it’s definitely the deepest coil on the market. Slightly deeper than the 15” ML coil. But it is a heavier coil. Gl & HH 👍

Field 1, Recovery 3, iron bias 3, Sensitivity 22-24 All metal on. But I have the iron volume turned down to 1. The rest of the signals from +2 at volume 25. Hello David mate, thank you. I’m really loving this coil. It’s a happy medium between the standard 11” and the 15”. It still punches deep and with it being only 9” wide. The separation is brilliant. Glad you enjoyed the video, until the next one. Take care GL & HH 🤞🍀👍

hello, with the factory program, if you put the new software on it, it doesn't go as deep, or you have to put the update on it, it's because I'm going to buy that machine, and I wanted to know if you can see the difference from one program to another. Thank you.
Hello EL AFICIONADO. Yes they is a difference between the programs. Field 1 is the deepest program with a slower recovery rate than park 1. But for me on my permissions. Park 1 was the best. It’s a three tone program as well. It’s a fantastic machine and it’s found me loads of stuff. You certainly won’t be disappointed. 👍
