If you didn't want the spinning brush working, you can just remove it as you would for cleaning and just not put it back in, but replace the side door.
Hey I am a freelance video editor and animator from Nepal. I have experties in editing videos related to tech reviews. Would you consider giving me a chance to work with you? If yes then please give me a response.
literally every vacuum ever made has a "compression fit system" for hose attachements. I stopped watching this review and gvae it a thumbs down after that dumb line.
Mine came with multiple plastic pieces to try and fit together. Called customer service they don’t even know how to get these contraptions together. Was retain half hour. Garbage product garbage instructions

How in the world does the hose work on this thing? Everytime I release it, the thing shuts off
I own this vac. I purchased it for two reasons: 1.) it’s lightweight which was important to me since I’m a senior citizen, and 2.) it lies down flat so I can sweep under the beds. I don’t know of any other vacs that can accommodate the 7 inch clearance under a bed. The dust bin is small so you need to empty it often. It’s not meant for heavy duty cleaning. I use it in between more thorough cleanings, and of course for under the beds.
This thing wasn't updated since release. It really needs new brushes they use in their cordless vacuums, but Dyson just wouldn't do it. Too bad that the best tech companies are the most anti-consumer.
Good evaluation but all of the test are done at a crawl speed.. At those speed, it would take my wife a week to clean the floors !. Suction capacity is very important to consider. Especially if you already have an absolute V-8. The V-8 in eco mode has a better suction capacity compared to the V-12 ! This,is the deal breaker! The only reason Dyson is slowing the speed of the V12 is to get the target one hour of operation.. And yes.. it dose, but the V8 absolute is already missing some suction capacity at the eco. I thought that V-12 would hit it out of the ball park.. ? That means it's less efficient than the previous model (V8 absolute) In my opinion.. It's not worth changing for a new less efficient model. Thanks for the evaluation It help me make my decision.
It's sad they stopped updating this bad boy. Cordless vacuum can't replace corded canister. Cordless vacuum is only good for small spaces with little dirt.
I have a Dyson 2018 and I would never buy another one. It just pushes dirt around and pulls my rugs apart. The suction is powerful I have to pay attention to my rugs.
I have one and love it! My $700 Simplicity Symphony Upright died recently. I needed another one quickly, so I purchased the Shark. I couldn’t believe the high amount dirt and hair it picked up after the $700 machine. I am sold and recommend this Shark.
I've had mine about 4 years or so and I always cleaned the filters and, of course, emptied the dust bin "(from the bottom." I never thought about opening the dust bin on the top and the unit started getting hot and losing suction and it was because the top part of the dust bin had never been emptied. Ugh!!
This vacuum cleaner loves to fall over, and when it falls over, it falls over on something nice that you didn’t want dented, like a guitar. It’s designed to be used with the hose, which is the klutziest contraption I’ve ever seen; the hose shrinks under suction, and the whole stupid thing becomes awkward. the attachments get stuck in the end. You might have to break it to get the tool out. so I quit using the Lyft away and the hose and just use it for broad areas which it will vacuum OK and I got a Dyson v8, which works well for 540 seconds which is all the use to get out of the battery on high, as if anybody would put a vacuum cleaner on low suction mode
hey i got my pet ball 3 as a replacement because my petbball 2 exploded. well i got the new one a few weeks ago, has a lot of suction, suckedup 4 cats 2 dogs and a horse..well i got them all out of the canister. then they all ran off andhid under beds in walls. then i tried it on my carpet. well here we go again. sucked up 30 yards of carpet. and it then took off dug a hole in the basement and went so deep? it suckedup 6 chinese from china. works fair
I had A11 Master, great vac. Gave it to nephew and replaced with A10 Hero which work just as well. Every use I vacuum the pre-filter. If washed a shop vac will dry the filter in a couple minutes. Vacuums are air handling machines which I take care of. Tineco makes a great product.
