This is amazing. We should be friends 😮, you're pretty cool. I loooove cereal but hide it from my man sized older teen boys and ration it out. I'm doing this.
i am allergic to milk proteins, (ie: whey and all milk products) i see you suggest sauerkraut juice instead. from any store bought sauerkraut ? does it also need to sit out to ferment? thank you so much for this recipe and the great ideas to actually USE it!!
I used in my recipe homemade mustard that had the brine of fermented sauerkraut. Is it the same? Or do I need to add the brine to my ready batch already?
Your videos are not only the BEST instructions for using a greenstalk I've found, & boy have I watched a lot of different ones, but they are such a pleasure to watch with your upbeat & positive personality! Thank you
But you have an addressed one of the most important components in its evaluation and that is the actual mouth feel and taste of the end product. Everything else was very helpful and thank you for that.
Hello there! I am enjoying your videos! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge! : -) Quick question where did you purchase your reusable zip loc bags? TIA 🙂
.I grow lots of things in 5 gallon food grade pickle buckets that a friend who works at a restaurant saved me. Just drill drain holes in the bottom of the buckets and they are perfect to grow tomatoes, squash, zucchini , or anything youd grow in square foot gardening. Grow bags are also a great option for deck , porch , terrace or rooftop gardening , I have successfully grown potatoes and sweet potatoes in them. Sweet potato leaves are great sautéd o slow cooked like greens or in salads when young and tender. I also have potted fig , meyer lemon and key lime trees that produce fruit in zone 7
If you didtrust foods with long scientific names, why are you using β-lactoglobulin, α-lactalbumin, bovine serum albumin, and immunoglobulin G in your mayo?
I love the way you still plant even tho you dont have a back yard love it . Am a planter as well. I just wanted to tell you those are not jalapeño peppers those are banana peppers!! But love it still!!😊
When i want mayo i make it in small batches, 1 egg, I cup oil, never had it not last till it's gone, plan a few meals where I will want it.......takes about 5 min tops.......why do you need to make more than that?????? And yes I have been making choc cake with mayo for years!!!!
I don't have a freeze dryer, but wouldn't it make sense to weigh what you are putting into the freeze dryer before you put it in, then after you remove it, then you would know exactly how much water to add so that you don't have to drain any water off? It just seems more scientific to me than just adding water letting it sit in the water and draining off any extra. By the way, this is not any sort of criticism, just my curiosity.
