We release live recorded videos showcasing some of the best folk tunes from around the globe. Featuring house duo Kevin Lees and Sebastian Bloch, the good tune also presents an array of fine musicians playing only the best music they have to offer.
Fabulous performance. My impression is that the fiddle is mostly the sheet music, the black and white dots. The guitar adds a wonderful array of color that’s rarely heard in this genre.
This is one of my favorite Tunes ever and you play it beautifully. So many people have to play Irish as fast as possible and the Tunes are so beautiful they don't need to be played fast. You got it just right❤❤❤
Lovely playing, gentlemen! Do either of you (or any other viewers) know where to find that tune "notebook" or kirja or nodebog from Maria Helena Spoof? I've found several online references to it, but...maybe there's a PDF or more information on that tune collection somewhere?
That's one of my favorite performances out of a LOT of favorite performances by you both. Beautiful tune and so well played. The 12-string sounded amazing!
Sensational! I think there's something special about jigs. And minor key jigs make my brain go zing! I think it's the juxtaposition of a melancholy melody and an inherently cheerful rhythm. My brain tries to turn everything I play into a jig. Sometimes it works amazingly well.
In a world of madness this beautiful music is much needed! Guys, please continue to make more of this its just fantastic really lovley music played in harmony. Love from bonnie Scotland 🏴👏🏼
I haven’t got enough superlatives for you guys. The playing and performance seem effortless. The quality of your recordings is wonderful! I listened to that on my new Sony headphones. The 12 string sounds awesome providing the rhythm and backing for the silken meandering fiddle. Well done and thank you for a great start to my day!
