The 5th Edition of WHO Female Genital tract tumors has been available since September 2020 So to note a couple of things - The current terminology for borderline tumors with >5mm confluent micropapillary or cribriform pattern remains Serous borderline tumor, micropapillary/cribriform variant and not the previous rather confusing term Non invasive LGSC. The concept of not staging involved nodes in SBT (N0) is from 2014 WHO. The current WHO (2020) recommends upstaging to N1 in SBT. These are important updates that have clarified inadequacies in the previous WHO edition and should be noted.

Congratulations Abhishek 🔥🤩 and all the other winners and congratulations to the organising team on an exceptionally organised quiz.The rounds,the questions and the conduct of the quiz were all excellent. A couple of suggestions to make it even better though :- 1) Even though I loved the ingenuity of the Rapid Fire round, I agree with Dr. Lanjewar's comment that instead of having 10 Qs on a single theme it should've been a mix of all types. Simply because someone who had been doing well through the entire quiz might stumble on to a topic which might not be their best prepared one and fall behind because of the number of marks at stake. Also, the difficulty factor wasn't the same in all either. For eg :- Could be just me but I felt the round on crystals was significantly harder than the round on places. A mix would've ensured a fairer battle so that even if you don't know a particular topic you can make up for it from other Qs and eliminate the luck factor. 2) The Rapid Fire round had 100 marks at stake and the other 4 rounds put together had between 160-200.Almost ~40% marks from a single round makes the distribution a little skewed. And with the luck factor involved with the spinning wheel, this could very easily be the deciding factor in a quiz. One way to overcome this could be to keep 5 marks for every correct Rapid Fire answer instead of 10. Hope these would be taken as constructive suggestions from someone who really, really enjoyed this quiz. Thanks😊
