"Tough Cookie" was created to be different, it was meant for those that was tough but was determine to be who they are and to stand out no matter the obstacle. I am the pure meaning of a "Tough Cookie" I'm tough and no cookie.
The brand started with me creating knitted caps on a loom and creating accessories. My skills advance to sewing, it started out just wanting to learn a trade that my mom was unable to teach me while she was living. Basically using RU-vid to learn I am just about self-taught in the last 2 years with a brand and several fashion shows that Tough Cookie designs was featured.
At the time of the purchased for the beds it was $109.99, no coupons, I purchased 2 so it was 233.18 with my taxes. If you want a detail of what I spent in all I can break it down.
This is absolutely stunning! I have done several bowls, but have not used stainless steel before. I realize this was three years ago, but if you see this comment, can you tell me what size the bowl was? I struggle with finding plastic bowls, the correct size.
Hello, thank you 😊 I’m glad you found the video helpful. The stainless bowls are pretty old they might be a little older than 40 years old 😭. I measured from side to side the opening is about 13in wide with a base of 6in wide. I hope that helps.
I cannot believe the nerve of some people to come on for the sole reason to criticize your art! So ironic for me at the ripe old age of 69 I am trying to learn this art and get annoyed when the videos don't indicate how much resin to mix! You continue to do your thing young lady, and " Do onto others as you would have them do onto you " is also a form of "art" ! Beautiful piece 1
Hello. Yes, I basically cut a rectangle and I think the width of the bottom of my shirt measurement I doubled for my peplum and the width was just how long I wanted it to hang. I gathered it to the bottom opening it and sew. Other option is creating a circle skirt
That came out absolutely beautiful! I haven’t touched my resin in almost a year. Finally, I have a reason to get it all out and play! Lol I’m about to be bowl crazii! Everyone getting a bowl for no reason. Great job girly. Luv’ya back.
I used a small brush and painted the sides with mod podge and then pressed gold foil. Then I go back and paint a small amount of mod podge again to protect the sides.
Thank you. When the resin isn’t sticky anymore the plastic won’t leave lines but it is still pliable so it is possible if you were to press it hard. When I mold it to the bowl only the lines showed up from the actual mold not the plastic
Hello Mam I am from india .. Mam could you please tell me that after how much time hours to gave shape of a mould and What is the size of the coaster u use .. Thank you Mam for help ..
Hi, the pick that I have in the video it comes with the cricut but you can purchase it from Amazon amzn.to/3EkXVs5, dollar tree or a craft store like Michaels or Joanns. I prefer the dental picks though because they’re sharper amzn.to/45OFOGH
I saw this plate on pinterest and i loved, but i didn't find that kind of mold in all internet and then i saw this video! Thank you so much for this tutorial ❤
Hi. Yes, you can pour water in your molds so you won’t have to cure and then make more resin. Use a measuring cup, you can make a guesstimate what is needed and just keep track of what you’re pouring and that will be what you will use for your mix. I recommend putting the mold on something stable to easily dump it since the mold will be unstable the water will spill when you dump it. Dry your mold completely, water and resin do not mix and your project won’t cure properly if it is still damp from water.
