the 25th anniversary concert is not the original they made many scenes with different blockings. they wanted to tied the original show to the weird fanfiction "sequel" that's why threy cast ramin and sierra instead of John Owen Jones and Gina beck or sofia escobar. the only reason people think that one is the "best" is because it was professionally shot and release on dvd while videos like this one are bootlegs.

I just saw the broadway at home premiere of phantom and had no idea that the phantom wears a skeleton mask so I was thoroughly scared and listened to the phantom sing in awe of his jawline. It’s really something to behold. And not even live
@7.07 you can see a segment of the stair being lowered, it functions as an elevator to make the double Phantom appear behind the character with a big cloak
I love this scene, especially how the Phantom chooses to appear. I mean when you already base your entire identity around pageantry, how do you stand out when everyone else is also in gaudy wear and masks? That's how!
I also like when the Phantom appears, he taps on the guy's shoulder as if he was saying, "Ahem, you're in my way." And once the guy saw who it was, he quickly got out of the way. Lol
Ive just come home from seeing the show this afternoon! What an amazing performance! Ive had this song stuck in my head all day- Its such a perfect original song that fits the show so well!!!
