That looks another amazing spot, burger looked good. You gotta love the loyalty, energy and joy for life of a spaniel. My girl Bramble is my 3rd Cocker always brings a smile to my face. Both you and Ozzy look like you had a great bit of time out
Yea it’s a lovely secluded wee spot and only a couple of miles from car. Ozzy is a crackin dog, couldn’t have asked for better, chilled lapdog at home and non stop when out in the wild. Thanks for watching!!
Class wee video, I laughed when you pulled the spade out and i'll need to get one of these burger pans. Seen them but never pulled the trigger. Looking forward to the next one
I was surprised the shaft didn’t break, though it would have rotted. That wee pan is small but has a bit of weight, which is good as thin light pans can easily burn food. Mine is from “Catering Classics” Thanks for watching!
Great video, that looked completely chilled. Stunning place to camp, makes sense leaving your firepit good call. I like the chair I will have to check that out it looks a lot lighter than mine. Thanks for sharing just subbed. Atvb, Garry
Thanks very much Garry!! Yea it’s a lovely spot and chilled, unfortunately due to it being handy to the road it gets abused regularly. The chair is the Chair Zero, very light but with the ground sheet would set ya back around £150! Thanks for watching Gary, another vid out within the hour 🤘
@BestlifeWildCampingBushcraft your welcome buddy, that's a shame. How nice would it be if everyone had the same respect and not misuse our natural environment. Thanks for the heads up with the chair, I need a lighter chair and that looks like it will fit the bill. That could be my next purchase. I'll have to wait until next payday 😂😂I've just bought a new hammock and under quilt. Great stuff I'll tune into that today on my break at work. Take care 👍👍👍
Great video really captured the mood and feel of your camp out. Great work . I’m starting to do this with my son(24) hopefully. Our experience with be as chilled and enjoyable as yours . Subscribed👍
Ahhh I knew I shouldn’t have watched this first thing on a Sunday morning, now I’m busting to get back out again. I love how chilled out the camp was there mate. Good food as always and nice to get some fishing in as well 👍.
lol, hoping to get out tonight if the other half lets me, I’m like a coiled spring waiting verdict. Yea, needed to get out for a handy one, think I flared up the sciatica when I was humping the heavy bag of litter out the previous week. All ok now so 🤞 for a summit tonight. Thanks for watching bud!
@@BestlifeWildCampingBushcraft hahaha a coiled spring I know that feeling alright 😂. Yes I forgot to say well done for doing that, and it’s good to hear your on the mend now. Hope you have a cracking night out tonight 👍 ⛺️
Cheers, yea wee table is nice when weight isn’t an issue, was only about 15 quid and no complaints. Love the forest camps as I like a camp fire. Thanks for watching!
Hi Lee, I’m not prepared to share anymore further information on the location, I have received a bit of negative feedback regarding the information already in the video bud. Thanks for watching.
I've heard there are some really class spots around the north coast. Well done for getting out there and going for it, im sure it's a little nerve-wracking trying to find a spot in a new place you dont know that well. Not a bad view for waking up too, im sure the smell of the sea water and breeze made it 100 times better. Perfect weather and great video bud. Looking forward the next one from the West Coast 😀
Great camp mate 👍, coastal camps are brilliant I find and Donegal will be lovely for pitching up. A cracking sunset there 🌅. Looked a peaceful one, I look forward to the next one 👍
Aren’t we just! It’s just a shame some people have no respect for the natural environment, it’s been two weeks since we lifted the litter and I’m sure it’s been abused since. Curry was amazing, one of my go to fresh camp meals. Thanks for watching!! 😁
Great wee spot and a stunning evening Andy. Camped close by a few nights previous. Stopped at the carpark, probably one of the bikes you heard 🤣, and wished I had the tent with me again👍
Looks cracking Andy. I will have to get out for a camp with you sometime. I was up at that spot in Dunnywater a little while back for a solo night out. It was so overgrown I didn't think I would make it out 😅
Well Chris. We ended up taking the bench, fire etc away at Dunnywater before it was abused by the sub humans. If ya want I could try adding you to a Signal group, if someone is heading out and looking company you can put on the page.
Great looking spot, actually had to google to see where about it was. Here, you mention being happy with 100 SUBs, now you have 709...not wait...710. Cant wait to watch more
Thanks for watching. Yea week after that video went out another one got loads of views and got about 500 subs in a couple of hours, from what I can tell all 500 are from Uganda 🤣. Thanks for the sub.
The curry was class, can’t beat a bit of cooking over the camp fire. Great wee camp considering the state of the place, which did put a downer on it when I arrived. Thanks for watching!!
Always a mess at it Dave, it’s a disgrace the mentality of some people. Try to do a tidy up a couple times a year to try and improve it a bit. That’s for watching!!
Great stuff mate. I’ve been watching too much camping stuff from over the water, it’s great to see a camp from here 👍. Fair play for taking rubbish out. The curry looked gorgeous with the naan breads. I wouldn’t know anything about fishing so I can’t say if it counts or not 😂. Keep the camps coming 👍.
Cheers Geoff!! Try to clean Fofanny up a couple of time a year as it’s always a bloody state, was great to have some help this time from a couple of mates. I’ll be watching your vid later, staying at mobile in Ballycastle with the fam. Hoping to wild camp along the coast on Monday. Thanks for watching!!
@@BestlifeWildCampingBushcraft that’s a great idea, yea I think it’s the main reason we don’t go down there but I’d still like a camp down there. Thank you, im for bushmills on Monday with the family, looking for some dry weather for the week 😂
Thank you Mark. Yea the sub humans leave it in a right state, try to do a clean up a couple of times a year to try and make a bit of difference, shit thing is though that it won’t be long before it a mess again. Thanks for watching.
Ended up being a crackin night, much needed after the fail the previous week. Heading to the mobile in Ballycastle for the weekend and hope to get a night out in the tent on Monday, probably down by the Dunseverick if I can find a pitch.
Good watch mate. I’m not sure I would have went through the gate at the start 😂. Hard to beat a peaceful camp, glad the wind died down at night time. Perfect photos as well.
Great video! We haven't been back up to Lough Shannagh since last Summer when we got eaten alive but really want to try and get a camp there again when the midge's go away. Amazing views!
Cheers Sean!! Like my coffee so just cut a couple of inches off and glued a Lego man head onto the top, all comes apart for packing. Thanks for watching!
Getting very popular now this wild camping , everyone’s at it lol . We are heading out soon and have a few wee spots in mind , you are right about the wind , it’s a nightmare when it’s to windy , cuts the options down rightly .
That’s the nightmare scenario isn’t it mate. Awful situation there especially when your looking forward to a good night away. Luckily for us this hasn’t happened yet but I’m sure it will coming into the height of summer here.
First time for me mate. Couldn’t have made it up, any shelter at all with decent flat ground had a tent on it lol. Got a pass from the wife to get out tomorrow night in to the Mournes, after work again. Not sure where yet though, hopefully not as busy on a Thursday 🤞
lol, wasn’t that bad, fortunately wind was blown in our favour as well ie not blowing us off the cliff. Heading to the Mournes tomorrow, don’t know where yet though.
@@BestlifeWildCampingBushcraft happy days mate. We where meant to go out tonight but unfortunately I’ve came down with the cold. It’s meant to be a decent evening, have a good one 👍
