The movie is based on a moving true story about a father, with no prior knowledge or experience, who takes on the challenge of developing an artificial heart to save his daughter, who suffers from a congenital heart condition. The vocalist Motoki Omori wrote and composed this song, and I was shocked when I heard it in the theater. It felt like the movie had been transformed directly into music, and it stirred my heart. Moreover, the song was already released before I watched the movie, and after hearing them perform it on TV, I immediately fell in love with it. I completely understand why it moved you to tears.
