Same issue with my Snapdragon X-Elite Asus Vivobook S15. I hope it is declared DOA soon, as it can't be repaired, the technician said Asus didn't launch the BIOS tools yet. So he will process it without Log upload and things like that.
I do not remember, I think you have to get your complaint registered within 15 days of purchase to get DOA Or unit is in guarantee period and irreparable
Bro I bought a HP laptop last week in jiomart which was a defective unit and they rejected to return the product and asked me to visit hp brand service centre and get DOA certificate, and they issued the certificate also, and i have sent detailed mail to jiomart backend along with DOA certificate invoice copy everything, it's been 4 days gone still there is no reply from them can you tell me how much days will they take to replace laptop.

Sir mene Croma se HP ka laptop buy kiya tha or usme ek Printer or Bag free tha. Ghar lane ke baad kuchh issue aa gya isme, mene ise DOA par return kar diya. Mujhe ye janna tha ki jab pahle mene ye buy kiya tha tab isme mujhe jo offers mile the wo mere paas hi rahenge ya wo bhi return karna hoga.

Pehle technician visit hogi wo check kar ke report company me report bhejega phir DOA letter company issue karegi Phir technician second visit par seal kar ke jayega
