Our wealth population is increasing dramatically. 2,4 million potantial immigrants on the way to come to Canada. 40% of the properties in Vancouver mortgage free. Local people also waiting correction and want to purchase properties, huge demand does not allowed to crash. Now house market is surprisingly busy again. Great house. The issue is it does not have the expected level of privacy from the neighbours on either side / above. I suspect if it did it would have sold. At this price range, it is a material negative. Dock for water access would be nice.
Amazing LOT. Big, private, and great location. Standard house design of "high end" house. (IMO wasteful, unneeded, fleeting fad esthetic). Whats with the main door entrance having a video game style water and platform obstacle course to enter? The lot is what makes this property. But if you want the lot, you will have to pay for the silly house they put on it.
I think this page should post floor plans too so we appreciate the size and detail better. That is why i love Australian showings coz they give a full picture.
