Great stuff but shocking as well! I've wondered for years what it looks like now, thanks for the video. They even took out the water tower, that must have been a sight to see.
How sad to see where Tinsley TMD was. Got some great phots there, happy days. At least i got to buy the depot plaque off the wall, and shed diagram that were up in the entrance. 😢
To think, what was there and to see it now. As one of my favourite depots, its kinda sad to see what's happened to the once great Tinsley TMD. I suppose I have to be grateful that I grew up with it and have some wonderful memories.
After my time but have great memories, Adams/Eves, 76 club, Caribbean club at the bus depot, shooting rifles at the ATC behind the police station, Odeon cinema, the tip run by Mr Foley where you could go and smash TV's and piano's if you gave him a few ciggies..
i had an oobes last night (not the first time, rarely happen)i was flying over a sandstone ridge, could've been the peaks, lakes,or the states, Israel, i just don't know where i was,it was a fantastic indescribable feeling, joy beyond any travel ive ever done, didn't want it to end, then i woke up😩, well,at least these videos are next best thing 😁👍
I remember in the 80s, walking into town with my mum and everywhere just smelling of beer as we walked down station Street. Then I'd get a burger from the amazingly nice burger van, with the old man, that always said, "Onions?" in a funny way. There was only coopers square, no Octogon, or Worthington walk, and there was no roof over coopers Square, so we got soaked, and the strong fumes from the cars, and dog poo all on the pavements and rubbish bags all lined down the streets. Ahhh the 80's.. The pubs were all full, and there was many of them, and you couldn't see for smoke in a pub, had to crawl under it. I don't remember a strip club lol
@@VeganDog The same thing that's happened in most towns these days especially the bigger towns. Young ens don't want to work they want to be youtube famous hanging on streets and selling drugs like bad men. Making drill music.
