This channel is dedicated to anything and everything from unboxings, tools, hobby mechanics, cars, bikes and whatever else I find interesting enough to film
Nice tool boxes but lack the hydraulic lifters on the top box lid that other manufacturers sem to fit to boxes this size. None the less they still represent great value for money
It's holding up well still looks like new, probably due to the fact it doesn't have a hard life as it's only used for my home tools and kept in my garage.
Too tight mate you can actually hear the chain noticing at the end of the video when your rotating the wheel , once you sit on the bike extra tension is added to the chain due to suspension and swing and engine position so being tight after adjustment certainly going to be mega tight when you sit on it , that's my opinion otherwise good video
@Nicholas Hummel. No, you don't need a stand. Actually these videos should be telling you to adjust chains with the bike on the ground with your weight on it. That is the ride height that your chain will be performing at. Too many chains (and belts) will be too tight if not checked the proper way. Many chains lose some of their slack when the bike is put back onto the ground. I am surprised that none of the videos I see on RU-vid even bother to suggest doing a final check on the ground. That check is what PROVES the chain is not fiddle string tight. Too tight is a critical problem. 57 years experience. 😊
Hey I am looking to buy the 46 inch black of the 55 stainless steel.this will go in my van at work but I’m an apprentice so don’t have lots but mostly snap on tools but can’t really afford a snap on.I take good care but at the end of the day how do think it would fair in a van! It will be bolted down but are the draws strong ! Is the paint quietly good and does it scratch easy! Is it work paying less and do you think it will keep over time
Excellent review mate, Looking to buy this exact box off Ebay currently for £585. Having filmed this in January hows it doing after a few months you owned it? Again thanks for the review.
Justin7036 thanks for watching, the box is holding up well (it doesn’t have a hard life) the rails are still super smooth even the drawer which loaded up the heaviest and is the widest of the drawers is showing no signs of stress whatsoever, I highly recommend getting one if you have the chance 👍
I've put my 26" box up for sale an i'm gonna buy this box. How did you attach the handle? I think an upgrade i'd do to mine is fit gas struts to the lid if it's possible an maybe a handle like you done.
Justin7036 the handle I fitted to mine was one I found on eBay for a few quid, drilled a couple of holes and it was good to go I wouldn’t mind fitting gas struts as well maybe a future mod
Hi im considering buying one of these. Can you comment on what the quality of the cabinet is like? How good are the wheels? I would be wheeling it in and out of the garage and wonder how durable they would be along with the wheel locking mechanism thanks in advance
mike hunt hi the quality of the cabinet seems to be excellent, the draws open and close very smoothly the wheels look good quality for wheeling around the garage on smoothish floors and the same for the wheel locking mechanism it does the job perfectly for myself, for the money you pay for this setup you can’t go far wrong and you won’t be disappointed
got the same top box for christmas as well as the bigger halfords advanced socket set so far its done me really well, considering getting the roller cart as well as i am frequently moving from area to area ,great video mate
Very nice box you got there. I've got the 26" set and they are decent boxes. I've pretty much filled mine so I'm tempted to get the 42" bottom cabinet and put my 26" mid and top section on top of it.
Hi gixer1974 We'd like to get in touch to ask permisison to include some of your footage in a documentary series we produce. Please check your messages or email me for more information? Thanks, Beth. dogs@arrowmedia.com
it was held at the premier inn opposite the shell garage and mcdonalds, but they don't hold it in halifax anymore they have it at xcape in castleford now
@gixer1974 Only reason I noticed is because I was attempting to REBOX my k-r, and was thinking, "WHERE THE HELL DID THAT COME FROM!?" in my frustrations. Video helped me out a great deal, though, thanks a lot for posting it. Was able to return it because of this.
@TheDanieljjc hi cheers for the comment there is a dedicated live view button on the back if you look at the vid at 1.38 the live view button is the one above the info button
