In many of the photos here, you will notice there are a lot of photos with Quezon and Osmeña together. They knew each other for a long time and the latter being the former's Vice President. They spoke Spanish to each other when corresponding. This made sense because Osmeña was a Cebuano and spoke Bisaya natively while Quezon was a Tagalog although born in Baler (way before the Siege of Baler obviously).
