It’s Tai Chi. Tai chi, often visualized as meditation in motion, is a graceful form of exercise that originated from ancient Chinese martial arts. When you watch tai chi for the first time, you might notice the slow, deliberate movements flowing seamlessly from one to the next, each motion conducted with precise control and deep focus. The practitioners, regardless of age or athletic ability, move in unison, their bodies gently twisting, turning, and stretching in rhythmic patterns. Each movement in tai chi is performed gently and at a uniform speed, accompanied by deep, mindful breathing, which enhances concentration and relaxation. The atmosphere is typically calm and tranquil, encouraging a meditative state of mind. This art form emphasizes technique over strength, and its accessibility makes it popular among people of all ages and fitness levels. Visually, tai chi might remind you of a slow dance where each posture transitions into the next without pause, ensuring that the body is in constant motion. This continuous flow of movements is designed to foster a deep sense of inner peace and stability, making it both a physical and a mental exercise.
@@mastergohring My apologies that was rather harsh early morning , I have done a tiny bit of Tai Chi and it is a amazing martial art I commend you to your dedication to such a ancient art form ,and ensuring it is passed down to new generations , however the fighting part was very poor has a lot of room for improvement , hate seeing people having false confidence , all the best to you and your club.
Great question. Tai chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that’s become famous for health benefits. Is good for strength, balance, flexibility, focus, relaxation and stress reduction. It’s worth looking into it. I felt the same way as you when I first was introduced back when I was training kung fu in the 80s we had to learn some tai chi and it’s not obvious what it’s all about.
It's not rude man it's the truth. These people trust you to help then get better at fighting and if they try this with anyone who has a lick of fighting skill, they will get destroyed. Learn mui Thai jiu jitsu or kickboxing
