Tried via switch port, Laptop to switch, switch to the PLX51 .. not working also ?? Did you place PLX51 to the switch and PLX to Laptop by RS232 >> Thank you .

I see you have an error in your main config file, I am getting the same error and does not allow the module to go to production mode. You say you do not have to map everything over, but if you don't you get an error.
