Hey All! The goal of this channel is to just have a place we can come chill, ask questions and stride to be the best we can be at the things we enjoy! Gaming content from news and updates too Gameplay tips and ticks we will be discussing here , I have been gaming since the N64 and Gameboy color with the hits like Super Smash bros and Pokémon I just could not get enough so here we are! I hope you enjoy and let me know if you have any questions!
I get the news moonviel is garbage in this newest patch , but as i see its damn powerfull like before, i always wanted to wield it but its a noob spammer weapon back then, but yeah i still want to wield it maybe this time haha
I'm curious how this compares to some of the new katana builds with the DLC katanas? They look awesome but I've been rocking the moonveil forever and don't really want to respec if I don't have to. I like playing with the magic builds more than just straight slice and dice. I'm doing fine so far in the DLC but a damage boost would definitely be welcome.
And now that the DLC is out we have Carian Sovereignty which does the most stance damage in the game. And a Carian Sorcery Sword that's a weapon that casts spells with strong attacks. Lot of good options. Not to mention Rellanas twin moon swords. Lots of good stuff.
@@CFreshGamingsir another question can you use the transient moonlight skill while dual wielding? Or i need to hide the lefthand first before casting the transient moonlight?
hi, i want to ask i have an samurai lvl127 should i respec this chara to build this or should i make a new chara using prisoners?, cause my main chara i almost build it blood build but i suck so i want to try somethiing what should i do
First time playing Elden Ring and I am a huge fan of Spell Blade archetype, your video is perfect Question, when you apply Carian Retaliation AoW, do you keep the shield as physical or magic? I noticed you lose a bit of physical guard when magic infused. Thank you in advance!
Hey bud glad you enjoyed, I would keep it as physical since we mainly use it as a perry machine lol if u find ur blocking alot of magic with it then swap
My Carian Knight build almost always ends up with the Dark Moon Greatsword at some point, but I still love the classic Carian sword sorceries. My build is pretty similar overall, but staples for my build are usually Carian Slicer, Carian Piercer, Carian Greatsword / Adula’s Moonblade, Loretta’s Greatbow / Mastery, and Ranni’s Dark Moon for spells. Weapon path usually goes Carian Knight’s Sword with Carian Grandeur, Carian Knight’s Shield with Carian Retaliation, Carian Glintstone Staff, and a dagger with Glintblade Phalanx for the poise break and high crit multiplier combo and then the Dark Moon Greatsword and Carian Regal Scepter once I get them.
@@CFreshGaming Yeah, there are a ton of better weapons to use Carian Grandeur on, but drip > meta. The Carian Knight armor with the sword and shield is peak for me.
Hey, how would you say the nerf to Glintblade Phalanx affects this build? Should we swap it out for something else or continue to run with it? Appreciate your input!
I use Blood-lust and the RIGHT HAND SWORD OF STILLNESS MAKE SURE IT’S THE RIGHT HAND ONE, because the right hand one does wither damage and use the best umbral catalyst you have preferably the bearus catalyst and the spells are gonna be umbral weapon and 2-4 spells of your choosing depending on your catalyst. Why we used the right hand sword of stillness and NOT THE LEFT is because we are gonna pare these weapons with a ring called the ring of night and fire which increases both weapons damage which also pairs with the umbral weapon spell, thus we will be doing 3 wither damage stacks which causes INSANE DAMAGE and 2 fire weapon stacks and these weapons are already really good so this build is CRAZY! I just use the other ring slot for ring of bones but it’s just for the cursed armor set which looks insane. You can use a better ring though and a different armor set, just my preference. Of course for the talisman it’s faceless carving because it’s just op. That My build.
Been running wind shear but plan on swapping to a build very similar to this, my only changes will be using tempest roar so wind shear is a wolf ability and then dropping creeper for maybe cyclone armor since we can make wolf abilities poison and also swapping the key passive for bestial rampage
So I did every talent as you did but then started swapping stuff out that seemed to fit better. I have EB instead of howl, claw instead of WS (that way you're popping in and out of bear and wolf constantly) I tried rabies instead of trample but was lacking spirit so went back to trample. Changed a few minor talents too but all in all good starter guide!
Oh that's awesome bud! Love the tweaks you did to make it fit ur playstyle, and rlly happy you found this a good foundation to work off of. I'd like to find a solid build with rabies but need a bit more time!
I keep referencing this video since I'm trying to plan my build. I'm trying to decide if I should keep it capped at level 150 like I did for my first playthrough or go beyond. I am setting this up for DLC in case that matters. I kind of want to do the 80 int so I can do some of the crazier sorcery stuff. But that kind of feels like it limits my other stats. I'm looking for suggestions. Really from anyone who might see this.
Personally I would go as far as possible with my first characters level that i plan on brining into the DLC, it would smooth out the experience for me. there is a cap on intellect and after 80 its getting a very little damage bonus so i wouldn't say its needed to push further than that. but to sum it up depending on if you want a very difficult playthrough or a smoother one will determine on the level you push to.
If you wanna stay at 150, just go for 80 int and put less into dex. If you care about spell casting a lot, you wont get much benefit over 40 dex, as it maximises casting speed with radagon's icon. Some stats in faith is also a good idea, as you can buff yourself more and do more dmg. 80 int btw is great for spell casting, as backloaded staffs only have their soft cap at 80 int
