We can use the remote to automatically do 8 or 16. But you can manually do whatever you want. I have done both 8 and 16. Depends on how long it will sit before you feed it. But 8 seemed to work best and use the least amount of wrap
Nice old Wheatland doing a good job, tractor looks and sounds great and the operator is running that outfit properly and not pounding the crap out of his machinery, good video also without silly hood exhaust shots or goofy music, thanks.
I have had no issues with this baler whatsoever. I have replaced a couple belts and had the monitor redone because the buttons weren’t working properly
I just bought one of these. Can’t wait to use it. Looks like you never shut the pto off to dump the roll after you tie it. I’ve heard people claim to shut it off and I’ve also heard people say not to shut it off.
Absolutely! I decided to use barley mixed with peas on some sand ground because it’s more drought tolerant. If you are on better ground, I would advise planting oats with the peas. You will get a little bit higher fees quality with oats. Either way, you should cut them somewhere between milk stage and dough stage. It would be hard to get it to dry completely, so it should be wrapped or chopped, if that’s possible.
@@timothykeith1367 You would have to put a turbo on a 4020 for it to try to keep up with a 930, much less a 1030. 4020 is a chore tractor for lighter work and crop harvesting. 930 and 1030 are work horses that can do that and pull hard besides.
Your daughter is plowing great. Nice, straight furrows. Hopefully, she realized that a hat with a brim at least over her eyes, and sunglasses, are excellent accesories. The hat not only helps keep sun out of her eyes, but also keeps hair from getting so dirtly. Sunglasses to keep dust, etc, out of her eyes, as well as the sun. Irritated eyes are a pain in the @$$, plus squinting all day can give you a migraine
It is a shame that J I Case and International Harvester could not have stayed separate. I hated merging. Farm girls are people, too. Keep up the good work!
@@rickiemckillip8124 Tenneco owned JI Case for quite a while before IH went broke and we're bought up. CaseIH was on the verge of bankruptcy when New Holland NA (fiat) bought them
Your comment is not welcome on my channel. I don’t delete these kind of comments because I want every person who sees it to know how much of an idiot you are. I actually feel sorry for you. You obviously haven’t been taught how to respect and treat women. You should feel ashamed for posting a comment like that. I sincerely hope you are man enough to post an apology to my daughter!
Dan Newton oh, ok. Our land up here in Ohio varies from silty loam to white clay. I think it’s really cool your daughter runs the Case plowing. I have a son, he can run pretty much anything, it’s just getting him to do it! I’m resorting a Versatile 145, originally have a V8 Cummins, but it’s now powered by a 5.9 12 valve Cummins. Makes way better power and torque.
Nice tractor although that's not a Farmall. It's an International. Farmall refers to International's line of row crop tractors only. So all Farmalls are International but not all Internationals are Farmalls. On the Serial number plate of the Farmall 806 is marked F 806. This 806 would be marked I 806. Farmalls have the option of either an adjustable wide front axle or a narrow front but in either case they have the same steering mechanism. The International tractors do not have an adjustable front axle and they have a different steering mechanism. On the 806, only the Internationals have the Wheatland fenders and platform. And on the International 806 the lights are always mounted in the top corners in the front end where the grille goes, and the grille is cut out for them. Farmalls, on the other hand, never have the lights up front and they are either mounted beside the fuel tank on each side or in the fenders.
Dad probably made the 1st. round and followed last years dead furrow or a row of corn stubble and when nothing else works in a big flat field like that pick a tree at the other end lineup the radiator cap on that tree and drive keeping the cap lined up with the tree. ( yup been there done all of the above)
