When me and my family needed BYU, BYU was not there and was the opposite of supportive. In the same vein as Ryan's comment, when BYU asks me or my family for support, the answer will always be no. And it's actually the same reason as Ryan's answer always being yes.
Bohannon is in the same boat as cam rising, he has been injured, and both have won championships and everyone is so high on rising and not Bohannon?. Hillstead, will not be the starter. Yeah, Lauri wouldn't sit out Olympic Qualifiers easily. Finland has close to 0% chance to qualify without him. But some former pro basketball players who have knowledge of injuries said that the type of injury Lauri has is extremely painful to try to play basketball with and very difficult/impossible to rehab during the season. That's why it's really important to get it go away on the offseason.
Utah is 9-10 on the road since 2020 with 3 of those losses coming last year. Not a good statistic coming into a new league in which travel will be longer and in new environments hostile to Utah fans who are seen as pretentious and ostentatious. The FPI may take road record into account, but it is a purely statistic method, and doesn't account for the many new variables in the changing conference alignment madness. Utah was a good fit for the PAC, but it remains to be seen how they will mesh with the Big 12.

With the exception of Boise State and possible Fresno State and San Diego State, the MWC will simply be a minor league feeder system for the Power 4 leagues. The MWC schools don’t have the money or support to hold onto their best players and coaches.
He probably meant an individual NIL deal. Because every single football player on BYU gets paid as part of the team NIL, and “it’s not pennies” as I have been told directly from BYU Football’s Director of NIL.

2013 team was good, but lets not forget that they CHOKED the open cup finals AT HOME to DC who had the worst record in MLS. And then after being up 1-0 ended up choking the MLS Cup as well. 2013 team lifted up no championship trophies.
