This one looks a bit fake, I agree. But I've seen some womens MMA fights where they really hit themselves hard. That's where I don't really know if they are faked or not. From the videos it does not look like that. I mean watch Jorina Baars vs Cris Cyborg for example and from there click on any other womens MMA fight. I mean either women don't know how to stage fights or they are friggin real. :=)
