Its a bad habit which is hard to let go of. My mom for example started smoking when my little brother was old enough to stop drinking breast milk, now my brother is 15. My mom has tried to stop 8 times. It was hard, it took a long, long while but she's been smoke free for already 4 weeks. It takes time to let go of bad habits, all of us have them, maybe not smoking or drinking but there are multiple forms of bad habits.
