I own my own home. I can do whatever I like within the law obviously. I am 77. I cared for my wife with MS for 26 years before she passed. We build this home as a disabled home to help me care for her, so everything I am likely to need is already here for me later. I normally walk about 14,000 steps most days to keep myself fit. When I eventually pass, my family will get the lot.
Just paid my 2nd deposit today. Wife and I cant wait for our move to Woodlea Village. Should be in before Grand Final Day to celebrate with our new neighbours. With hope Western Bulldogs playing off.

As usual your homes are for sale plus monthly fee for them to use. Sounds great if you have money toBUY . There are so many that have to rent, not because they want to rent, but because of business gone bust, bad circumstances beyond their control, they are forced to rent what ever they can find something to live in. I am one of those, my husband and I got robbed of all we had worked for over 50 years and left with our furniture and l car. I live in retirement village that is going to be demolished, for Units to buy. All people here are lovely 😍 caring people, now being kicked out, most around 80 or older, this has made them age more because of the stress inflicted on them by the greed of the mighty $$$$$ dollar. They have kept their units clean and well cared for. Then the proverbial hit’s the fan, and they are treated like their just a nuisance, find something else to live, just get rid of them quickly. They have worked all their lives, payed taxes, made this country what it is today that younger people enjoy because of their sacrifices in their life time. Are now treated like they don’t deserve anything, just hurry up and die, don’t have time for you lot taking up valuable space. If I had any money to invest with your lot, l’d rather live in a tent than be treated like a money pit for the likes of you to get rich. The ones having to rent have more Honour, kindness to others, caring, do volunteer help for those that need it more than they do. Pity you don’t go met some and find out just what life is really about. No matter how much money you have, you can’t eat it, won’t stop u from drowning if you’re boat 🚤 sink’s,all money does for you if you get ill 😷 or cancer ♋️ is make you miserable in comfort.
