They were parked like that for their annual photo shoot. They were there for about 20 minutes for the pictures, and they later dispersed. There were others that elected not to park there to have their picture taken.

It was an ECSR frame but it was built by an older gentleman in NC. I purchased it after he completed it. It was a nice Rail Buggy, but prefer my current Polaris Slingshot.
