This made me feel ill. Can the videographer please learn to compose the shot and hold the camera steady before pressing the record button!!! Endless movement without seeing anything correctly is futile at best. I silenced the soundtrack as that made me feel ill too.
The owner obviously wants a very quick sale. This is clearly a million plus dollar vessel but they could have at least put the toilet seat down. I would take it anyway for the price.
I sure hope it wasn't a broker that made this video. Perhaps start with cleaning the boat and not having a vessel that looks like she is a salvage sale. Take the time to take off covers, make beds, stow bumpers. It just gives the appearance that the owner is just lazy and doesn't want to spend the time. This makes me think then how we're they with maintaining her.

When we compare ourselves with the other agents about the cosmetic works which need to be done before the marketing process, we think we are fair. Anyway, thank you for your comment. @Shawn Gross the owners are in Sweden and the boat is in Turkey and it is winter all over Europe at this moment, which means flights to holiday destinations cannot be found. Pretty sure the boat has been out of the water for quite a while, perhaps did not have the intention to sell at all, but somehow it turned out to be necessary. Maybe the owner died, is lying in the hospital or is incapable of travelling. In my case the former owner had died and the widow packed her belongings, left everything to the next owner (which is now me). I also negotiated a huge discount, she just wanted to get rid of the boat, wanted nothing to do with it anymore. I saw the bronze sidings lying in this boat and they have been polished. I just did them myself for my boat and can tell you it is an enormous amount of work. The wood work was partially done, needs to be finished and the interior ? Can clearly see the owners had no plans to sell her at all. This is how you leave your boat when you think you will be back next year. I guess that is also the reason for the 'as is where is' policy and why the price is low. For a 52' of 2008 this is a very low price, I would say at least 100.000 to 150.000 below her true value, so the owners truly need to sell the boat and don't want to fly to Turkey just to polish her up for a video. This is pretty normal in Europe, where a lot of the boats are lying in the Med and the owners live somewhere else. They spend perhaps 3 to 4 weeks a year on the boat, rest of the time the boat is on the dry or in a marina. Local brokers are not really into cleaning up and preparing a boat for showing. They just offer the boat in the marina or yard where the boat is at that time, you just find a way to get there, take a look, have a survey, make an offer and that is it. But getting there in this time of the year is going to be a challenge.

She was the most populer boats of Beneteau. They have great hull speeds. And you know; No one looks at how you're struggling with the waves. They only see if you brought the ship to port, or not? Regars, Burak
