This problem has happened to me 4 times in a year, even after I changed the clutch, it happened again. Do you have any idea what is causing the problem, I would greatly appreciate it
@@autotips5141 I haven't changed, the mechanic saw it and said it's fine. Is it possible that bad clutch actuator motor to burn the capacitor in the package so often?
Buenos días amigos. Tengo un problema con mi arosa 1.0, motor ALD. Tiene el testigo EPC iluminado, Vag-com dice que el error es P0571 brake switch implausible Signal. Bueno el caso es que cambie el interruptor de freno y he revisado la instalación y el problema persiste. Este coche no tiene frenos ABS ni por supuesto control de velocidad, el esquema eléctrico de las luces de frenado es muy simple positivo/fusible/interruptor freno/lamparas/masa… y tengo una pregunta: de donde coge la ECU la señal para marcar ese fallo? Que me queda por revisar? Saludos y bien día
Also for Toyota Auris 1.4 Diesel MMT, for some time my toyota was showing that problem of the exclamation mark and Neutral without engaging gears at startup, I would switch off the car and switch on, until it disappeared from the console, 2 weeks ago, I was on the road driving at 80 km /hour and suddenly the car puts on Neutral and forces me to stop, after that he wouldn't engage gears. Went for a Toyota dealer and they said that besides the car needing gearbox oil fluid the clutch actuator needed to be reprogramed, let's see if that solves the problem.

Thank you. What causes the injectors to fail ? is the produced lot of injectors low quality and unreliable in piezoelectric part ? I had two faulty injectors in 6 months, at 21,000 km only.😢
Sorry for the dump equation but what gear the car should be when removing the actuator because i removed it and am trying to put back but bolts not aligning with holes i dont know what am doing wrong i tried to push it forward but still no result I have toyota yaris 1.3
You have to remove the motor and rotate with a screwdriver until it retracts the actuator, then install the motor and calibrate the gearbox with diagnose.
@autotips5141 but I fixed the actuator with one company with a life time guarantee and they stuck a label between the morter and the actuator body and am afraid if open the motor I will void my guarantee. Is there any other way to go round it.thanks
Ok thanks but what do you mean by diagnosis. You mean take it to somebody with a diagnoses machine or computer . Sorry forgive me for this i had to do this myself because three mechanics said to me they don't want to deal with this

Very, very very grateful. I found the job so hard I left the car until summer to re-assemble. Everything is too stiff in -10c. Take pictures, more than you think you will need. Especially if you work slowly over time. Bag you parts in zip lock bag, write with a sharpie. Note the time in the video on the bag, so glad I did that. Getting the fan out and back in is very scary as you do not want to damage the fan or thin wires. Putting the fan back in is where I stopped for the winter. I used a cargo strap to pull the brake fork first to the left and then to the right. At 6:50 ish, I can see you removed the pedals after the scene cut. No idea how you managed that, above the pedals is a safety retaining bracket with 2 bolts, so even if no bolts are installed, the pedal assembly 10:40 ish can not be removed off the 4 bolts pins. I had to take that bracket off to install the pedals. Pedals are back in and working now. Putting ventillation tubes, fuel and bonnet release and facia etc... I am 100kgs, so very difficult to twist your body in all the different positions required. Quite a few things you must do blind. Heating ventilation securing bolt, removing connectors (really horrible for me, still do not understand how they all work). Do not do tighten any bolts until you are sure you can move onto the next re-assembly stage, especially clips and retaining clips, everything is very tight, and if you have to get it back off, you will need a sense of humour. The parts, fan and speed controller cost me less that 150 gbp. Right hand drive cars are easier as pedals are not in the way.

Salut! am o problema asemănătoare tot pe o Fabia 1.2 HTP (BME) de 64 de cai. Îmi apare pe tester missfire cilindru 2. Daca o las la ralanti uneori moare, am observat și o lipsă de putere. Am schimbat bobina pe cilindru 2 și toate bujiile și face la fel. M-am tot uitat pe internet și cam toate simptomele duc la garnitura de chiulasa. Plus, mașina se încălzește în trafic foarte repede la viteze mici. Am verificat termostat și ventilator. Îmi deschide direct la 108 grade ventilator pe treapta 2 și zic că e cam târziu.

Salut ,la mine nu bate lantul am 113.000 hyundai i30 2008 g4fa 1.4, stiu ca sunt motoare d-astea care au atins peste 300k km cu lantul. Recomanzi inlocuire? Eu folosesc si ulei de la motul aferent masinii tocmai pentru a preveni uzura patinelor. Se schimba si varitorul de pe axa de admisie odata cu distributia?

Va salut cu respect. Am aceleasi simptome la acelasi motor. Compresie mai mare pe cilindrul 3, misfire cilindrul 2. In mers merge dintr o data prost si clipeste check engine(daca scot a doua bobina merge la fel dar are scanteie). Daca o repornesc isi revine la normal..pentru 20 30m de mers dupa care face iar. Am schimbat bujii,bobine..multumesc frumos
