I don't think there's anything wrong with a woman saying or feeling that she doesn't need men... There's an incredibly liberating feeling in that kind of freedom... Imagine feeling that you absolutely NEED a man... That would put you in a position where if you didn't have a man in your life, you would feel an urgency and that you would not be able to function happily in life until you fill that void... That's really not a good place to be in, and if you think about it, filling that void out of this "absolute need" would tend to give the person who fills that void a sense of your urgency.... I hate to say it, but people can often use this kind of leverage in ways that are abusive, and I think that's why women sometimes find themselves in bad relationships always trying to salvage it when it's not worth preserving... As a man, I don't feel that I "NEED" a woman, and I don't say that cuttingly or disdainfully... It's always nice to have a relationship with a woman while it's good... when it's bad, of course it has to end... But it's always liberating when you can be happy on your own.... It's actually a very beautiful feeling to fly solo, and I would never want to feel an ABSOLUTE NEED for anyone, and I wouldn't wish that on a woman either... The most important thing is that you're HAPPY... If you're truly happy, you're in a much better position to give the best of yourself to a relationship, if someone comes along that you can be happy with, then GREAT!!! But it's best when you can be content either way!!!!
That woman said she is a mechanic and then two sentences later said she's a plummer. I would have asked her a few in depth questions about what's under the hood of a car and the name of a procedure used in plumbing or even some tools name just to prove she's neither a mechanic or a plumber. Does she look like she could lift a car engine? I doubt she can take a single screw off lol. Her hair, clean skin and nails speak volumes about her proffession. You don't get the luxury of looking like that when you're a mechanic or a plumber.
