The worldwide Zirkonzahn Company was founded in 2003 and has its headquarters in Gais (South Tyrol, Italy). The business is owned by Enrico Steger, MDT, who runs the company together with his son Julian Steger, MDT, starting the company’s second generation. What started as a one-person business is now a workplace for more than 350 employees all over the world, in various branch offices and training centres. The company’s goal is to support dental teams in their professional growth, through in-house production of processable materials, CAD/CAM systems, implant components and all equipment needed for a case manufacture. One of the company’s added values is the “Die Zirkonzahn Schule” - The Zirkonzahn School, an educational programme that includes both schools and courses and combines a sound dental technical teaching with a school of life. The firm provides clients with a technical and dental technical support service in several languages. Stay up to date with Zirkonzahn: follow us!

A Ceramic Tech. is a class all its own.I'm a Dental Tech. for over 50 years.I have experience in everything including crown and bridge, but not porcelain. My hats off to you guys and gals.
Hi! The milling time for glass ceramics depends entirely on the object (crown, inlay, etc.) and on which quality you choose. If you need more information, please contact our support team at this email address support@zirkonzahn.com or call them on +39 0474 066 630.
Heaviest dentures in the history of the world. Not really understanding the point of this. It's gotta feel weird and clack together like 2 metal blocks.
Zirconia prostheses were made for a patient who was allergic to all prosthetic materials. The only material she could tolerate was zirconia. As we always try to provide our patients with the best possible care, we made the entire restoration in zirconia, fulfilling the initial requirements, also from a functional point of view. If the adhesive force of the prosthesis in kilograms is greater than the weight of the prosthesis, then it remains fixed in the patient's mouth.
hello! i did watch the video but there is no sound/ volume so its hard to understand what the video is showing about. it would be nice to know if there was a sound. Thanks!
Enrico, Julian and all at Zirkonzahn......your Christmas greetings always warm my heart and make me think of better, simpler times and what is most important in our lives. Thank you so much for these videos....they are truly from the heart. Merry Christmas and blessings for a Happy and Healthy New Year.

Hallo, leider wissen wir noch kein genaues Datum. Wenn du mir aber deine E-Mail Adresse schicken könntest, bekommst du die Einladung im Frühlung zugeschickt.😃 Schöne Grüße!
Hi! We recommend using titanium bases to maintain the specific tightening force (ncm) of the screws and to distribute the forces evenly. All-zirconia structures can show slight distortions, which can lead to breakage if screwed directly. The user is still free to choose a screw connection without a titanium base.
@@saidboulila4704 Hi! If everything is done correctly and the patient has no allergies to plastics, the gingiva should not become inflamed. In addition, the areas that are in contact with the gingiva should also be polished clean to avoid inflammation. Greets!
@@kalinative69 We can not give feedback about Ivoclar material but the Zirkonzahn Multistratum® Flexible has the following characteristics: particularly flexible (the risk of fracturing is greatly minimised), high durability, favourable processing qualities, particularly biocompatible (without residual monomers), unique aesthetics thanks to the multicolour shading from dentine to enamel, ideal for the manufacturing of long-term provisionals and prototypes and up to 10 years of oral durability.
Wonderful lecture. At 12:18 you show an impression and a digital impression, may I ask are those scanable lab analogs ? if so who manufactures them? Thank You
Hi! The product shown at 12:18 is a Zirkonzahn ScanAnalog. The ScanAnalogs unite the function of a laboratory analogue with the one of a scanmarker so yes they are scannable. You can find more info at zirkonzahn.com/en/cad-cam-systems/implant-systems/products-and-application/scananalogs
Alcuni materiali devono essere fresati ad umido, in quanto ciò richiede le proprietà del materiale. Tali materiali sono, ad esempio, il titanio e la vetroceramica.
Hi, for an offer with price please send an email to info@zirkonzahn.com. The hardware is the same but the printer is perfectly integrated into our workflow and software adjustments have been made. In addition, we offer super support and a maintenance contract.
@@zirkonzahn hi, what do you mean precisely by "software adjustments"? You mean the printer's firmware, the slicer... What?! Please be specific if you're really being transparent (I actually like Phrozen's 3D Printers).
@@smile3dLand Hi! Zirkonzahn has its own user interface on the printer directly as well as in the slicer software to make the workflow easier for the customer. In addition Zirkonzahn.Slicer is fully compatible with both Zirkonzahn.Modellier and Zirkonzahn.Modifier software: the user can create the models using the Model Maker software module available in both design software and then simply import them into the slicing software for further editing.
@@zirkonzahn Thank you for your replies. So... you're saying that this printer is somehow "locked" for your softwares? If we want to print anything else we don't have this freedom unless somehow the resin profiles match between different resins? Many users are using Exocad's or/and Medit's model builder softwares or MeshMixer or many other softwares so, no offense, but having to use your particular software for models (or other STLs) doesn't sound very appealing (at least not to me)... Long story short, is there any good reason that an experienced used would choose to get this printer vs the OG Phrozen XL or others on the market?
@@smile3dLand By saying that it is integrated in the Zirkonzahn workflow we are not intending that it is "locked". It is open and you can absolutely use it also with other software but for our customers it is even more convenient since it's integrated in our software. To answer your last question: the advantage of our printing system is also that we offer support and a maintenance contract. We hope we have been able to explain the advantages and functions in a comprehensible way. If you would like more information, please contact our sales team (sales@zirkonzahn.com, +39 0474 066 680). Thank you and have a nice day! 😀
Wishing you all the best for Christmas. This is always so unique the way you do your Christmas greetings. Thank you for being so different and special!!!!!!!!
