दिदी, मैंने इसमें थोड़ा variation किया और फिर सब्ज़ी का पुरा चेहरा मोहरा बदल गया। इसमें मैंने तड़के में कडीपत्ता डाला। बहुत सारा । वैसेभी मुझे कढीपत्ता बेहद पसंद है! और लास्ट में मलाई कि जगह, मैंने इमली और गुड़ डाल दिया। इससे पूरे सब्ज़ी का टेस्ट ऐसे उभरके आया कि बस्। वैसेभी कुंद्रू की टेस्ट अजीब होती है। आप try करके देखो । फिर बताइयेगा जरूर।
