I have Mould sensitivity (CIRS), and CCS, and EDS, perhaps this is not a coincidence. The Shoemaker protocol for CIRS (Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome) claims that a 100% cure from mould issues is possible, yes you have to move house or get thorough mould removal and retesting. My MMP9 blood test is high, indicating mould biotoxin is causing chronic inflammation. MMP9 degrades collagen. Mould sensitivity is genetic, 20% of the population have HLA gene variants that mean their adaptive immune system is ineffective at recognising and clearing the biotoxins, medicine (CSM) is required to clear the toxins. If you don’t have these genetic variants, removing yourself from exposure may be sufficient.

It's a pity more doctors aren't as invested when this is such an issue there's already treatments available for many conditions yet 2 years later I'm still being thrown around like a rag doll and told it's imaginary it doesn't exist there's nothing wrong it's only stress , more docs and professors need to get on board instead of covering it all up

while i agree with 99.9% of myhills statements, the tip of adding 50mg of iodine a day is absolutely ridiculous and stupid. it's a surefire way to flare up antibodies in people with (potentially undiagnosed) hashimoto! if you wanna do that, FIRST check for elevated hashimoto antibodies (TPO, TGN).

What doses do you recommend of the I3C and DIM and how should they be taken? Myomin comes with directions of 2 caps 3x/day with food. How should one add the I3C and DIM? These questions are in regard to supplementation as an alternative to Tamoxofin.
Around 41:54 she mentions Lyme but it’s hard to follow what she’s saying, speaking so fast in scientific terms. Is she saying that being infected with Lyme + while having these retroviruses in us turns on diseases?

You are truly appreciated and this presentation has confirmed my novice knowledge on LDN and you have given me a lot of hope as well as more determination to get better. I have said from day one with my symptoms that it was neuro based bcuz of my brain feeling like it was on fire frequently. Also developed migraine, muscle weakness and ataxia that comes and goes along with twitches when initially getting settled for sleep. Thank you for all you are doing!!! I live in Northern Ireland. For 3 years (since March 2020) I thought I had plain old long covid. Well, as of a few days ago it looks like I also had Lyme Disease and a few other coinfections too. MY MIND IS BLOWN! There was never a tick bite or rash I knew of. I wasn't sick - I guess my immune system was just about able to keep it together then covid came and it was the final straw. I was getting tested and treated for long covid - mostly from a vascular inflammation perspective by Dr Bruce Patterson and the team at Incelldx. They run a 14 marker inflammation cytokine panel. Abnormally, every single one of my markers were very high and was told that was more indicative of active infection of some kind. The Incelldx docs told me they had seen similar results in people who had chronic Lyme. I thought there was no chance that would be me but 3 years in anything was worth a look. I did the tests at Armin Labs via AONM. In total I was positive for the following: Tick Borne Elispots: - Borrelia - Bartonella - Babesia Low CD57+ NK-cells (marker of suppressed immune system caused by Lyme) Then the other, “active” co infections seem to be: - Chlam. pneumoniae - Mycoplasma pneumoniae - Cytomegalo Virus (CMV) I wanted to leave this message here in case it helps anyone else. I am not a usual case but I can also tell you I am not the only one that is finding out for the first time about "reactivated" illnesses they never knew they had. It is now time for me to start the search for treatment. It is bitter sweet but I am glad I now have something I can begin to fight back against. Good luck to anybody going through this too!
