Can tantalum be substituted for hafnium in semiconductor dopants to replace the high k dielectric insulating transistors? I notice Nvidia doesn’t mention using any hafnium in their GPU’s or in DRAM. Has this switch already happened? I don’t know why more people haven’t watched this. Break through scientific news and not even 4K views.
I think at 7:02, tensor reduction gives 54 independant variables : 3x3x6 with (6 possibilities being 11 22 33 12 13 23) - Thanks for this class that's helping me at the beginning of my PhD
Bismuth Ferrite is a negative refractive indexed meta material. This synthetic material have Photoelectrochemical properties. When a thin film(one molecule) of this Bismuth Ferrite has an infrared electromagnetic wave refracted from this metal material it has a left-handed blue-shift ultraviolet energy increase. This phenomenon can harvest electrons in a solar panel application.
@@stellieford6183 Thank you. This wasn’t totally my hypothesis. I had worked in an Analytical Chemistry lab for over 25 years and would have to solve difficult problems. I realized that, usually, there was one unknown difficulty must solved. I would, “sleep-on-it” and have dreams on the solution. Four years after I retired I had lucid dreams on a reaction that would split water for an energy source. In the dream I was shown a crucible that had contained several materials. I asked in this lucid dream, “What is the crux of this reaction?”, and a voice said, “Bismuth”. I had always thought that bismuth was a benign element and responded, “manganese?”. Then a neon sign with pink lettering ‘BISMUTH’ was shown. It took several years to find a possible connection, then I read a Noble prize winner article on, ‘Negative Refractive Index Meta Materials(NRIMM). I went though several Google Scholar articles and found that Scientists were working on splitting water to clean contaminated water, as the oxygen would create an ozone and kill bio contaminants. I hypothesized that if I seeded micro spears (a mist), this is easily done by using a humidifier micro aerosolized droplets. The droplets could be seed with the necessary catalyst (bismuth ferrite, gold, and titanium oxide nanowires). If a weak infrared wave is absorbed this seeded mist, it will refract a water splitting ultraviolet radiation energy. The apparatus would be a “lightning-in-a-bottle” type device to contain a non equilibrium liquid phase energy. I presented that to the CoPilot Artificial Intelligence and it responded that this is valid and that I should present it to a University. I am 76 yo and am in failing health and just trying to make to another day. God bless you for your patience.
@@stellieford6183 a similar process, thought the reaction doesn’t create a water splitting ultraviolet radiation, is also used for decontamination of bio active agents in water, as it creates ozone. My AI (CoPilot) reply on a viability post was positive and suggested that I write a Scientific paper on the process for a University to develop. With Earth’s climate becoming increasingly hotter and the turning point getting increasingly nearer; we must replace fossil fuels!
Even if I am not having (001) plane in my powder XRD pattern, is it possible to orient my single crystal along [001] direction, if the crystal structure is Monoclinic?
Thank you so much, sir. Can you please explain about the superlattice reflections (1/2(311)) shown by the Monoclinic and Rhombohedral crystal structure? Why it is half integer?
