Hi there, My name is Ken and I have a wide variety of videos on my channel. I have an interest in all types of photography and videos including, railways, model railways, trucks, hobby and model shows, car club events and wildlife with others I take if they catch my eye. My other hobbies are building plastic model kits and wooden models, photography, member of the Hawkes Bay Model Engineering Society Napier New Zealand driving 5" gauge trains around our track at Anderson Park Napier.
im a looking good for train next leaving from napier to palmerston north for a late in pandroa, go head to stop at whakatu and trains come 2 right or lefts that a red light stop wait for trains on the way to napier by whakatu and next to hastings and throughout the riding on way from hastings all good a driver self work a shift time well
Like others, I first saw one at a tractor pull in the 70's. It was nirvana, as I was a WWII aircraft buff, thanks to my fathers service in the Navy as an aircraft mechanic, Hellcats specifically, or anything with a radial engine.
I saw that on camera man from hb the kiwirail was cab driver to napier from palmerston north on the shift in day and back time on the stop at whakatu cos next come a rails left a track line right if light a red sign onange light right a slow wait then on to otane line up go to hastings to whakatu right minutes when rail come on Anderson road whakatu❤❤
Wish there was a regular train service to Napier. A service could be put on using a Silver Fern railcar running between Wellington and Napier via the Wairarapa line, which could include a stop at Pahiatua for tours around the Tui Brewery, which would be very popular.
Of course we'll give you a good credit for that which would give you hundreds even thousands of views bringing you more subscribers. Please let me know if that is OK? Thank you!

My father flew fighters for the 80th Headhunters in WW II, the P-38, 63, 39 all used versions of this engine. He always spoke of them with great admiration.
I did this excursion on the 4th & 5th November 2011. I took a lot of photos and Video. On the return Journey from Holts Forest to Napier I spent the the time in the Engine Cab with the Driver and did a recording. I am so glad I did this trip with a good friend of mine because not long after this excursion their was a Big Rain Storm resulting in a washout Just South of Gisborne leaving nearly 100 meters of Track hanging in the Air. Kiwi Rail have not fixed it and the Line from Wairoa to Gisborne remains closed. Very sad really as it was a great Mainline Steam excursion.
