I had shaky legs and pelvis for 20 minutes. My legs did not sway from left to right. I will add this to my self-care routine because I want to feel it in my upper body. Very cool. Thank you.
This looks like a bigger version of panic/adrenaline attacks I get sometimes..so I'm not sure if you are just trigering your body to go to stress..not sure if this is healty for me it will probably cause my autoimune problem to spiral...body shoudn't do this when it's stress this is like too much stress..I'm just asking someone to explain why and who should do it
How do i reach these shakings.. I only have them when pusing my pelvic up high and find a sweet spots with the knee positions. Al these things at the end did nothing
I started laughing too, but there wasn't any discomfort per se. I just assumed its bullshit, tbh, but thought what the hell, you know? I gave it a go, and holy crap, there's definitely something to it. Those tremors were real, definitely not simple suggestion.
Unbelievable I just tried this and I really thought it wouldn't work on me! My hips and legs were shaking like mad. I have ankolysing spondylitis in my back and also have had a hysterectomy so not sure if the shaking was because of those but it was like magic! I've had a lot of trauma over the last 7 years so that too might have been breaking up! I'm going to keep trying this exercise it's brilliant!
Hi! I just tried this and felt the same. After going thru the entire video, I instinctively flipped onto my belly and put my chin on a pillow. I lifted my butt/hip into the air and my neck started rolling left and right. Eventually, my hip sync’d up with my neck. I also raised my shoulder blades and lowered them to get tremors started into my arms. Lift your head and try tucking your chin into your neck for a few seconds if you need to (just like the guy in the video while laying on his back). The main thing is to trust and listen to your body’s intuition!!
@@EliteHealing Yes that’s right! Get a small soft velvety pillow, lol, and rest your chin neck and chest on it. I had just enough room for my nose to breathe. My hip and head didn’t always roll in sync, but it did at one point. Don’t be afraid to get on your knees either. My arms were bent up 90deg at first but when I wanted to work that area I spread them out. Enjoy!! I wish you many blessings on your healing journey!! Edit: I honestly didn’t know that my neck would be rolling my head the way it did and I never got ‘sea sick’ lol. I just wanted to get to the area between my shoulder blades! It was a neat experience and my body feels 10yrs younger!
I find this really difficult to watch. The guy doing the exercise....I think is really calm and compliant. I don't think I could be. Every part of what happens here is without a completion before the next bit of information given....like the caller of the exercise is making it up as he goes. Quite intolerable to witness in a way. But I'll finish watching the exercise. 😢
Every body is different because we go thru different traumas! I’ve never done anything like this yet I just trusted and followed my intuition. I finished on my stomach and my neck started rolling left and right like my hips (on a pillow)! This video is great to get you into the release. My release looked more different than alike to this gentleman! Just be very empathetic to your body and listen to it!
Same :) I’m in Melbourne. Let me know how you go. I’ve done it for the first time tonight and was amazing! Still a long way to go, though, but I’m 💯 sure I’ll be able to stick to it. Good lock with your healing journey!! 🍀🍀
Genuine question, but are the tremors not just normal muscle fatigue? Is it a combination? I felt some tremors but it felt exactly like when the muscle fatigues, didn’t necessarily feel sort of release like?
I was exploring this TRE exercise after having experiencing shaking during pain reprocessing meditation. I quickly learned how to get my body to shake without much effort, it would happen a lot during myofascia fashion release sessions - it’s now been about 8 months and I’m still experiencing impromptu shaking, which I can control and calm. I’m just curious if it’s better for me to allow it to happen and work itself out or instead soothe and calm my nerves override this to let my body know it’s ok and we don’t need to shake anymore there’s no danger. I’d love your advice to apply to my healing journey- kindly thank you
I didn’t think it was working either until I lifted my hip off the ground a little more, and experiment with closing and opening my knees to get into the right position. It didn’t take long at all before my body started moving so keep at it!
I tried this and did feel the release in my hips but didn’t continue long enough to get full body release. However, I have moved to myofascial release through slow, mindful foam rolling which brings on full body tremors. I have done it a few times now and am able to activate my tremors more easily. I am able to activate tremors through my emotions now also by tensing my core/abs. I done it after tearing up, feeling anxiety, and from feeling an intense emotion in my stomach after someone spoke to me in a way I found hurtful, or because it triggered something from the past I have jolt sensations in my left oblique and hip flexor when my partner runs her hand over it and can activate a tremor by tensing my abs again. I am keen to keep exploring these tremors but I have questions. Do I keep activating them and eventually they stop or calm down? Do I keep the tremor going until it stops by itself? Where do I research this and what is it called exactly?
I read all the comments and feel like there is something wrong with me. I experienced absolutely nothing, no tremors, nothing at all. I was patient. I waited in the first pose for over 5 minutes but still nothing. I tried the knee-closing pose an inch at a time for 15 minutes, nothing. What am I doing wrong?
I tried this for the first time and was a bit skeptical but I feel so flexible right now and didn’t have the time to fully to this but will do this more often. Thank you so much!
DAMN! :o I've gone through a sh*tstorm of trauma in my 47 year old life (abusive childhood and relationships plus disease) and laied down thinking "..Another thing that isnt going to work" But yes, I had the tremors. I hope this helps for depression, autoimmune disease and anxiety.
Same here. Abusive childhood and „autoimmune disease“ Don’t let them fool you about autoimmune sh&t. The body doesn’t attack itself. I learned that most if not all dis-ease has a psychological cause having manifested somatic. If took me a while to get the tremors going. sending you the best healing intentions ❤
@@zizlog_sound Did you try vitamin D? I got 80% better from itand still getting better. Went from bedridden to actually living even doing martial arts.
I think i need to do this at a slower pace, when they were on the arms I was still at the pelvis shaking. If I give it more time I think I’ll have more success but it was definitely something new! Thanks!
I ended up doing this for around 2.5-3 hours. Unintentionally, and not sure if that’s recommended-probably not. But it took a while for me to tremor enough for it to migrate to other parts of my body. Once it did oh my goodness. It was like I was a puppet and my strings were being pulled every which way. I have extreme muscle tension in my neck and traps all the time for many years and this is the first thing I’ve found to make a significant difference the first time trying it. My body moved in ways I couldn’t even imagine and found the perfect spots to release the tension. Definitely have a bit of a headache now but can’t believe how well that worked. I will be doing this as often as I can. Thank you so much for posting a full video on it!
Wow. Thanks for this. I tried this and i cant believe how the tremors move around the body. It feels like the body knows what it was doing. I was just along for the ride. I did feel slightly nauseated afterwards, with my stomach still shaking after i was finished. Any thoughts on the stomach shaking afterwards?
I was so excited to do this and after a while on the floor shaking, letting my body do its thing, my leg finally swung to flip me over to face the floor with my head over one arm and it gained control of my free shoulder and would shake in intervals down to my waist
I was hit by a vehicle as a pedestrian, damaging lower back, neck, shoulder. Knee replacement damaged along with pelvis/coccyx. Afraid to try , severe knife pain I. Neck/clavicle since whiplash injury.
Hi! I thought it wasn’t working either until I lifted my hip a little higher and experimented with opening and closing my knees to get into the right position. It didn’t take long for my body to start moving after that so stay with it! Trust and follow your intuition!
This was about as close to magic as you can get - thanks! Months of chronic leg pain just disappeared. I'm very interested to see what ongoing sessions will do for me.
