@@peasley1107 yes, when I came to the US and at my first traffic stop the cop pulled his gun. In the UK it’s normal and expected to meet him half way. If you stay in your car it’s considered making a statement.
I mean if you take a closer look the driver had something in his hands and was about to point it the officer's way hell idk why the driver got out in the first place
Use your brain, no matter how difficult that is for you, and look at his hands. At first glance, it could easily be said it appeared to be a gun in his hand, with the case literally sliding down his person as his dumbass hits the floor
